I'm pretty sure WDW is done for awhile with any major rebuilds; any of the smaller jobs should be taken care of in Florida for awhile until the next schedule of major overhauls come around. For the Tweetsie side of things, I could'nt tell you what exactly they have for contract work, maybe Tim Smith could tell you.
The Lilly Belle was supposed to get a minor shopping this spring (pony truck work), but as for her current status, that I do not know.
