On this board (can't speak for anywhere else) i think it's become a running gag and, like most such, has long since been driven into the ground. Only non-monetary green I've ever cared about wrt the D&RGW remnants was the color of the coaches on the Silverton when I was a kid in the late 60's & early 70's. I was something of a purist back then, but I'm younger than that now.
