The Ridgway Museum has drawings of 02. They were on their web site, but I have not been there for a while. Following is from various sources
RGS Plow Flanger #02
Built by RGS Ridgway shopman Andrew Rasmussen during winter of 1912-13 (completed January 5, 1913) from drag flanger number #2 (built new by D&RG shops 11-12-1890).
As rebuilt, the #02 weighed 40,000 pounds.
Old flanger #02 was rebuilt with a wedge plow and ice cutters attached ahead of the front truck. The deck was widened and weight increased from 28,000 to 40,000 pounds. Operated by a man in the flanger house with an old style engineer’s three-way valve (straight air valve) and a ten inch air cylinder. The ice cutters and flanger worked together. An air resivor was in the flanger house and took its air from the front end of the engine, giving a storage supply. The flanger house also had a caboose stove. The front truck was a standard 50,000 pound truck while the reat truck was a 40,000 pound truck.

Obviously the inside only sheathing was soon found to be insufficient, as 02 operated this way only during the 1913-14 season and by the winter of 1914 sheathing had been placed over the outside of the car, an appearance which it retained throughout its service. During 3/1951 02 derailed on Lizard Head Pass (while fighting snow) and was not put back on the track. Although not badly damaged, the 02 was scrapped during the tearing up of the RGS.
Color: Body was red with white lettering. Plow and flanger rusty black. Trucks rusty black.
