Yes, it is located at Turtle Bay Exploration Park. The Park is currently closed to help keep excess traffic off the streets in Redding. The website says all is safe at the park.

Turtle Bay Exploration Park

The locomotive is in the PAUL BUNYAN'S FOREST CAMP at Turtle Bay Exploration Park along with some replicated log cars constructed using hardware from LaMoine Lumber Company cars. Picture on this webpage.
