Ok, the real story.....

As the train started into the curve the left tank hose on the 488 came off and water was pouring out of the tender onto the ground. We stopped and reinstalled the hose. Between the curve and the grade at that location, starting a train there can be a bit tricky and we had to back down a little to get moving again. I was firing the road engine at the time and we were having a great trip up until that point and it went well from there on. That's railroading.
