You'd have my sympathies, Rich -

But I'm in the same (sinking) boat.  Apparently the brewer's chief cook & bottle washer has jumped ship for a better job at a micro-bottler in Seattle, and the brewer himself has been overwhelmed by several large shipments of historic negatives, the conversion of which into digital form has taken precedence over hiring a new assistant.  Meanwhile, I suggest squeezing a bit of jalapeño into a glass of Founder's Double Chocolate Oatmeal Breakfast Stout (if you can find it) as a reasonable approximation of CCTCS.
