I had the pleasure of getting to meet Jeff this past Friday at the CRRM and got to see this beautiful piece first hand. The craftsmanship and dedication seen by he and his crew is just top notch!! I for one must have said “Oh my gosh” a 100 times when looking over the details. The seats...are simply amazing, and at what was done to replicate these truly iconic pieces of history is just fantastic! Also the dedication to keep original details intact is great too (specifically the inlaid wood in the doors the shape of columbines...just beautiful craftsmanship being preserved). I’d love to know how long it took those woodworkers in the 10’s and 20’s to make that!
