I wonder if anyone has investigated the big MLW diesels in Guatemala? I suspect they'd probably have to be dismantled to get them out, as much of the railway is said to be no longer operable, but it's doubtful they'll see more use in Guatemala. They could pull a large train and might be a good way to keep the D&S operating in dry periods.
