Well it got posted already, but it's across the Via Ugo Rindo, in Pisa, Italy.
Everyone who goes to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa and takes a tour bus to get there has to cross this on foot to get there as it's between the tour bus parking lot and the "Square of Miracles" where the Tower is located.
It's a shame I couldn't catch a train there.
My wife and I did a 3-week trip of Southern Europe during last month. Rode the Eurostar (maxing out around 160 MPH) under the Chunnel and SNCF trains out of Paris Nord to Bayeux on a short trip to Normandy.
We also rode the London Underground where we could.
