5-year plan & beyond

We just recently filed a 5-year site development plan with the town.
We told the town we'll continue to lay track north. We have a mile or so to go before we run out of ROW that doesn't belong to our landlord, the W&Q RR. After that we have to get easements for four parcels of land before we get to land that we (the Museum) owns.
Basically we told the town we'd lay one mile in 5 years. All other aspects of the operation would remain the same.
Goal beyond the 5-year plan is laying slightly less than a mile more to get to the state highway, Rt 218. We might go south after that, but who knows.
