I was at the Commission meeting years ago when it was proposed and approved. I would assume the documentation would be in the Commission files.

I'm somewhat dismayed at the condition of the pump engine. The last time I was aware of it. It was nicely restored to operation, painted and mounted on a flatbead trailer. The local museum would take it around and run the engine for a display. It seem to remember it being in Antonito for opening day one year.

I wonder if the pics are of a different engine?
