Re: Anyone ever donate an automobile to Colodado Railroad Museum ?

An update. I tried to find a link on the CRRM website for car donations, without any luck. I then tried to find one of their newsletters where I thought I saw it.

Called the museum. Eventually talked to someone who knew what I was talking about. They sent me the link (which was the same as I pasted in the root message of this thread) and after a couple days of filling web forms, returning phone calls, and making arrangements, someone came and got it today. By the sounds of it, this may be the first time someone tried this.

I am told it will take a couple weeks for the broker to dispose of it and forward the cash to the museum. I'd hope it's enough to get RGS 20 home, but realistically I hope the museum gets enough out of it to make this all worth wild.
