Peyton - if that's your first 3D steam locomotive model, I'd say you're off to a great start! Bill has produced a huge collection of excellent models including steam locomotives, and a variety of narrow gauge rolling stock that I've enjoy running the the old Microsoft Train Simulator, and now Open Rails. I got started modeling a few years ago, after being inspired by Bill's work and of countless others... I'll show off my latest project which is actually my first for the narrow gauge (everything I've done previously has all been standard gauge). The simulators really are a fun way to bring the past back to life, and try to visualize what it was like "back then"...

Anyway, it's always great to see someone else tackling the complexity of modeling a steamer - so keep up the great work and having fun with it!
