I like the abundance of old historic photos. I am particularly interested in the coverage of the Michigan copper mines. Most people are aware of the copper mining legacy, but not everyone knows just how many different mines once operated there. There are still a lot of ruins hiding out in the forest wilderness. Some of the earliest mines were shut down and finished before 1850. There were many small towns that have disappeared without a trace.
