I think that you will find the librarian and volunteer staff helpful with your requests.
Remember, the majority of those in the library are volunteers and the library may have more at sometimes than at others. This may reflect on the time it takes to research what you are looking for. Keep in mind that all costs for research go back into the library, helping with archival materials and the ability to store and preserve the collections. The librarian and volunteers have been working hard for the past several years, sorting, identifying, and cataloging the collections.
This all takes time and money, so being patient is helpful when requesting information.
