Its what Earl used to call "Hollyweird". But their money is green for the C&TS, so a good thing. I saw the movie when it came out in the theater and thought it was okay, and didn't remember the train stuff was in there until I saw it. I agree some of the plot was kinda goofy with the routing, and such.
All this big budget fiction, and I wonder why I try to get my facts straight with the tiny Railroad video market! Imagine the fun I could have had being a Hollywood producer doing a show on The Cumbres Pass steam trains starting around the time the K-27's were built. We could have all sorts of fake freights and passenger trains. Maybe rent a K-28 too. Fantasy is fun, right!!!
