I didn't have to do much work to the locomotives as I'd always wanted to model the ET&WNC during WW2 and Bachmann obliged perfectly by offering two different versions of their ten-wheelers in wartime black.
Knowing I didn't have the room to model any appreciable portion of the line in On30, I decided to go with a fictional branch line up Stoney Creek (a real place east of Elizabethton, TN) in On30 in a 11X10 room: [www.freewebs.com]
The results have been in the On30 Annual, the current issue of Narrow Gauge and Short Line Gazette and two online publications. Trackside Model Railroading did a DVD of my layout, too: [www.tracksidemodelrailroading.com]
