Years ago (15 plus), I posted information (along with Roger Polly) from a URY Conductors Time/Delay Book. This was posted in the early years of the NGDF, so not sure if searchable or not.

The info I have is from various dates between 1925-27. It lists locomotives, car no's, mty/load and station numbers where picked up and left. Would have to get out the books to verify water car numbers and find a URY Employee Timetable for station numbers.

This will not help for the particular train in the photo, but might give some insight regarding water car movements.
