Actually, the first roundhouse site is still undeveloped. The landowner who planned to develop it - and who allowed us to do the archaeological project - passed away a while back, and as of now, we don't know the status of the property. We're hoping that the arch report might help convince future developers to set aside the actual site itself, possibly as a park with interpretive signage, but it's private property so all is unknown at this point. The housing is a bit east and north of the roundhouse site, but development in the site area can't be too far down the road.
