An update, I found I also have a copy of the same pamphlet from 1925. The 1915 cited Chama hotel is now called the D&RGW Hotel and the proprietor is a Mrs. K.L. Brown (and rooms are now $ 3.75 a night)!

Also, Russo, there is now a Foster Hotel listed. Rooms are $ 2.00 a night and the proprietor is listed as Henry Foster!
