I'm not the moderator of this discussion board but I do know that posting here using common decency and respect for each other must be something we hold dear. Personal attacks on folks who have dedicated their life and career to helping preserve the RR we all love is down right despicable. Bill Colley is a shining example of someone with a lot of skin in the game to help keep the NG running and relavent, folks like him and many others should be thanked and not ridiculed for all they have done. We all have challenging days at work and home a like, nobody needs an armchair quarterback telling them how to do their job. Guess what 476 departed on that day and made from what I heard a pretty uneventful trip which was good because it meant it was rebuilt to a very high standard. Good thing Bill was there and knew how to handle the situation at hand and quickly--do you think any of the passengers knew or cared about a sticky Johnson bar? I don't understand how this thread got derailed and down this road???? I sure hope we don't go down these depressing and hurtful paths moving forward-- there is too much positive stuff happening in NG Land and we need to continue discussing those topics. Nuff said and let's keep common and basic respect for each other at the forefront.
