There is a car under construction in the Antonito car shop (from scratch) that will be one of the new upgrade cars. The other will likely be rebuilt from one of the flat top cars, as there is excess capacity in Coach vs Premium. There are longer range plans to rebuild the flat top cars to more closely resemble the clerestory cars (among other reasons for rebuilding). I don't think passenger trucks are in the short term plan.
