I believe the Texas State RR Authority owns the right to it.

New company, new herald. I threw away Al Harper's herald when I got there.

I thought mine was cool, but it wasn't created by an professional marketing person. IPH's marketing wizards wanted something similar to what these guys came up with. I had to fight HARD to keep my creation, and only succeeded because Ed Ellis liked it.

The big thing I see about this is that steam in no longer the primary source of motive power.

....and THAT is sad.
