Did you email DeGoyer or just browse the online database? The archivist there can be reached via email (listed on their website) and is very helpful. I've given her Baldwin classification numbers and she is very prompt to reply with what drawings are available. You could also try contacting the RR Museum of Pennsylvania, they have Baldwin papers as well, but much of their collection has not been catalogued.

On a somewhat related note, what is the status of MCRR's other 2-6-0?
