I think it is an exceptional photo. Her joyous facial expression and the spokes of the driver are almost like starbursts of energy that draw the eye from one to the other and back again in a continuous cycle. It seems to have perfect composition with the near square format, the driver, her joy, the angle of her unused arm, the shape of her hand, and the trailing wheel. Once you start looking at it, it is hard to stop.
