It WAS #315 that was subject to that stipulation. But you know how them polly-tishuns operate — according to my Uncle Claude's dictum, it's like this
: "You can fool all of the people some of the time and some of the people all of the time – and those are pretty good odds!" So they got ahold of this termite-ridden old Hollywood prop, painted it up, and snuck it back into the park under the cover of darkness, and now nobody's the wiser.*
