S 'Chromo Crude', it seems that Stone Brewing Co. of Escondido, CA has done a fairly good job of "borrowing" my recipe – even including the addition of a little capsaicin (they use pasilla peppers in lieu of poblanos y serranos) – for their "imperial stout inspired by Mexican hot chocolate". It's marketed as
'XocovezA', which I presume is pronounced "Cocoa-Veza". Highly recommended — when you can't find GRAMP
S, that is. But I do agree that the idea of a SHAMROCK Brewpub in the former Hotel does have its merits
