This thread regarding the D&RGW tank at Hermosa got me to recalling one of the last times I was in the area... I've posted an image of the old D&RGW tank along with what appears to be an ex Tank Car body mounted on concrete supports having the water spout... When was that secondary tank put there and is it still in use ?? Image is of D&S #478 at Hermosa on 4/23/1984... Cordially... John
