Don't forget the tender. Yes, it is true. RGS 20 was an "Ugly Duckling" until rebuilds in the early 40's. Once she got 25's old tender* and cab, 22's stack* and pump and a visored headlight she became the "beautiful" 4-6-0 that pulled the RMRRC excursions.
