Advice ? Don't do it.

Railroad track in general and that track in particular is very dangerous to walk on .There are over 20 train and motorcar movements every day ,plus unscheduled movements of motorcars belonging to the power company and Tall Timber resort .Even experienced railroaders wouild be very reluctant to walk there , with its tight cuts and very narrow shelf, with a drop on one side and a rock face close enough to touch on the other . You can't hear even a locomotive rolling downgrade till it is virtually upon you ! Plus it is posted ,no trespassing .
