Second photo shows Train 116 coming into the Durango Depot from Silverton, back when the train ran all the way from Alamosa to Silverton, In Durango, 116 would pick up an RPO and the parlor car before departing for Alamosa. On the next track over, I am guessing is the RGS train fro Rico getting ready to back out of the depot, down to the water tank switch and head west/north to Dolores and Rico.

And of course.......the yard is dual gauge.
