We have one dispatcher 5 days per week and 2 dispatchers 2 days per week. We use track warrants and OTE (on track equipment) permits on the US Subdivision. On the Canadian Subdivision we use OCS (occupational control system) clearances and TOP (track occupancy permits) to conttrol train and motor car movements. The Dispatcher/RTC (rail traffic controller in Canada) stays quite busy. The work trains are busy upgrading the line between Carcross in the Yukon and Skagway, Alaska a total of 67 miles. We do not plan to uprgade north of Carcross at this time.
