It was my first choice, and I'm very happy to be going there. It's just about as far away from home as I could get (California to North Carolina), which is not why I chose it. I love my parents and will miss them, but, thanks to the magic of airlines, I can see them during my breaks.
I have every intention to follow through with it. I've got to if I'm to make it to Law School. I'm sure it will be a great experience.
By the way, did you ever get my Email about the AT&SF flat and the SP diesel? If not, I can try sending it again. I also have a couple of rather interesting Standard Gauge finds in CA and AZ that I want to let you know about.
