They have to be the same size or it would not run, at least not for long. The difference is in the weight of the rods and their counter weights. No. 1 looks smaller than 2 because 2 has the main and the other rods hanging on it and as such, it has a heavier counterweight. 3 looks smaller since it has one end of the lightest rod. Drivers all need to be the same diameter, but the wheels themselves are different from one driver set to another.
