What era are you looking for? In the 1890s and on the rgs did have its own freight cars but nothing had heralds just simple initials. Passenger cars of this era were Tuscan red.
After WWI the RGS mostly used borrowed freight cars and passenger cars would have been green.
1930s and on Victor Miller bought many used C&S cars for use on the RGS. No gons were purchased though. Again no heralds just initials. At this time passenger cars were being converted to work service and painted red. This was done after Galloping geese were built and pressed into passenger service.
Are you doing some modeling? Sjh7 has a great site but books are your best friend.
