I ordered prints and drawings from John Maxwell in the 1960's while still in high school and more drawings from his son in the 1980's who developed an online drawing list. Much of it is available at the Denver Public Library in the D&RGW Archives. Unfortunately this database was not searchable but did include ng parts drawings as well as freight car drawings. The CRRM has D&RGW and C&S Standard Plans as well as the Valuation Survey sheets. What is missing are the drawings that John actually made from dimensions he took in the field.

I have the comprehensive drawing list from the Maxwell Collection but not digitized. I may continue this thread and include some pages that are not Valuation Survey sheets, unless people have them. it was a valuable resource, now gone.
