Re: WW&F Fall Work Weekend Oct. 6-10

I would like to second Wayne's invitation. The WW&F work weekends are really enjoyable events with a friendly and sociable atmosphere, a chance to get your hands dirty and be productive for a few days in the company of like-minded narrow gauge fans in the Maine woods. All you need to do is show up with boots and work gloves and you'll be made to feel welcome and put to work, and then you'll be fed well in exchange for your labor. I started attending them just a few years ago myself, and they're now one of the highlights of the year for me. (I've also made some new friends, Wayne included!)
