IMHO: This is the year to buy a business in Chama. Prices are down because of the ridership the last two years. The secret is you need to be able to survive until next season gets going.
My guess is when the downtown project is done and more engine and track work are done things are going to pick up big time. This means that property value with go up faster than the ridership. Rember the time to buy is when its low and then sell when its high. If you wait until its started up and the season is not far away you probably will have to pay 15 to 20% more.
Only my opinion probably woth about 2 1/4 cents.
