EBT Community Appreciation Day Announement *LINK*

The East Broad Top Railroad and the Kovalchick family, in conjunction with the Rockhill Trolley Museum, Friends of the East Broad Top, and the Orbisonia/Rockhill Homecoming Association will have an Appreciation Day Saturday August 9, 2003. The East Broad Top and Rockhill Trolley Museum will operate trains and trolleys all day, including a special "Twilight Train."
Special events will be held all day long. FREE events will include walking tours of the historic East Broad Top rail yard, a blacksmith demonstration, spinning wheel and other crafts, in addition, an exotic animal demonstration and "Grimace", a friend of Ronald McDonald, will be here to entertain. Guided tours of the East Broad Top shops will also be given.
The East Broad Top Railroad will reduce the price of their excursion ticket to $7.00 per person for that day only. Five total trains will run including a "Twilight Train" which will operate at 6:00 p.m. Due to limited seating on the "Twilight Train," reservations are requested to gaurantee a seat. All guided shop tours will be $7.00 per person.
