When they did the walking tours to East Mancos many years back, much of that area still has ties and more in place as well - lots of tie plates, spikes, etc. scattered around. No rail, but plenty of other junk, including pretty much all the ties (though a bit rotted). Helps to be deep inside private property I suppose.
That said, no, I don't know of any intact track on the RGS grade, and Jerry's apparently why we can't have nice things anymore.
