Yes, I agree.

I chose a poor lawyer that was only interested in OTJ injuries - he did not meet me until 30-45 minutes before the hearing and was talking about how he was going to to see his daughter after the hearing that weekend. Never presented anything about the surgery that removed the golf ball sized tumor. He'd had 4-5 years to make time to talk to me and never did.

I needed an advocate or something like that to help me navigate the Fed bureaucracy system and did not have one.

Time has run out on me now.
