I highly doubt 12 will be in it's ET&WNC markings, as it wasn't when they had the annual convention of the ET&WNC historical society this summer (sadly, 12 was down for a maintenance issue at the last minute and not in steam for the group).
The last time I was there, I confirmed that all their loco markings are stick-on cut lettering, which is how they can change it back and forth without having to repaint everything.
TRR has only lettered 12 in ET&WNC markings a few times, in recent years.
