The title is very similar, something like "A Century Plus 10 of D&RGW Passenger Trains." I have a copy but as my daughter is visiting this week and is currently asleep on the floor in front on my shelves (the library used to be her bedroom) I can't post it right now. If nobody else has posted it by the time she gets up, I'll dig it out and post it.
OTOH, it is more about the trains than the cars, and is somewhat of a general overview. For the narrow gauge CRA #'s 24(trains) & 25(equipment) are the definitive D&RG(W) sources at this time.
