D&RG(W):
Denver to Durango(Silverton) train, #'s 15/115 & 116/16 was the Colorado & New Mexico Express, 1899-1951 (SG section) Narrow gauge section used same name 1899-1937, sometimes with San Jaun inserted in it somewhere (IE San Juan & New Mexico Express and other variations)
Denver-Salida-Montrose-Grand Jct train #'s 15/315/319 & 320/316/16 (after 1906 the Grand Jct-Montrose section was sometimes 315/316 and at other times was 319/320) 190(2?)-1937 std gauge to Salida was also Colorado & New Mexico Express (with Utah added for a few years ca. 1914-15) with the Salida-Grand Jct. section being the Marshall Pass Route Express.
AFAIK, RGS didn't have (officially) named trains.
From 1937 on the Alamosa-Durango train was the San Juan (note: no Express in name) with the numbers changing to 215/216 at some point in the 1940's. The Salida-Gunnison train remained 315/316 and became the Shavano (Gunnison-Montrose service dropped, Aug. 1936), the Montrose-Grand Jct train (from June 1936) became an extension of the Denver-Grand Jct(via Moffat Tunnel) Mountaineer until June, 1952 (trains 19/320 & 319/20). Pueblo-Salida section of 15/16 lasted until 1941 or 1942 (too lazy to go look it up right now), Denver-Alamosa section went off at the same time as the San Juan (replaced by short-lived San Luis, Pueblo-Alamosa, a day train connecting with the Royal Gorge [nee Scenic Limited #'s 1 & 2] at Pueblo. gone in 1953)
