I don't have the first clue on how to do it, but I would suggest contacting PayPal, and asking about an icon/ "button". They get a very small percentage, but the convenience is probably worth it.

Barring that, just getting a PayPal account, and listing the applicable e-mail address would work, too. If you're not familiar with PayPal, all I need is an e-mail address linked to an account to directly deposit money. And if I send it in the "friends and family" category, PayPal doesn't charge a vig.
