Ol' 19 has indeed got a new paint job. Last week while in Antonito doing the Annual on 315, 19 was getting all scrubbed down for her new paint. They ( the Antonito shop crew ) was even pounding out the dings in the plow, and welding in new patches.
She's being used for shunting around the yard, as thats the only operating engine on that side of the mountain.
Ready for the new paint:
The next day she was setting in the paint bay all pretty black,
