As a matter of sheer speculation I can;t see that happening. The train would then be blocking Blair Street which means that the passengers would be corralled one way or another. The present business' east of Blair Street are (or were...ownership is fluid as always) wanted the trains alternate which sides they would unload to garner as much business as possible and would be unhappy about the train being way up there. Finally a number of prime parking spots would be lost between Blair & Greene. So in the end yet another battle in the scorpion bottle that is Silverton.I'm certain that Fritz can give us a more definitive answer.
Just my guess...
