Re: drawings wanted for Uintah locos number 30 and 40 and shays

my building maker has the complete series of the gazette on dvd, i'll ask him if he can dig them out for me so i can compare them to the ones in the bender book. there are baldwin drawings of the side profiles of numbers 30 and 40 in there, along with measurements. no end views though.

the view of the shay is much more detailed but contains no measurements, it was drawn by robert schlechter.
it will be interesting to see if the gazette drawings are the same ones ,

fortunately the tank engines are well represented already.
heres a shot of two of them at Atchee, its very early days yet regards progress, the buildings have to be weathered and the terrain isn't textured yet, but given we had to estimate all the sizes from the photos ( and in some cases theres very little info available) I think my builder is doing a good job.
