My name is Doug Frederick, I'm a Friends volunteer, I live in Chama. I have three iron stoves stashed in the Chama yard. -Pretty- sure they are train car stoves, or so I was told (my ignorance is -total-). I don't know anything about them, what kind, origins, or where they came from, or who owns them. I knew I shoulda took pictures. I moved them for being in the darn way, but I tucked them away, nice and dry, because I knew they might be valuable. I can't give you one, myself, but, if one of them might be right, I can get you in touch with the right person. Two of the three are -probably- owned by the railroad, anyway. They are sorta snowbound right now, so unless you feel like shoveling, we'll have to wait a month or so. John, Ed, Avery or Russ can get me any time.
