Como turntable

I have been running on the assumption that the turntable currently in Como is not the original DSP&P/DL&G/C&S turntable from the site since the original center bearing and ring rail are not present. If that is the case, where is the turntable from and was it modified to fit the Como turntable pit? Thanks for any info.
